Control and communication module

The central unit of the system, with eight slots for measurement and output modules. It processes data from the connected modules, stores it on an SD card and sends it to the cloud.

It sends data over its own LTE modem, which is the recommended way, or as a client of a local WiFi network. The module’s own WiFi access point is used only by the integrator for setup and is switched off in normal operation.

When LTE is used, a SIM card is provided on a subscription basis for installations in the Czech Republic. For installations in other countries the customer provides their own SIM card.

Power supply 11–26 V DC. An industrial DIN rail power supply can be provided on request.

A 1.5 m LTE antenna with its cable is included; an extension cable is available if needed.

The module comes in an open-top enclosure with clips for direct mounting on a standard DIN rail.

8 current loop inputs, 4–20 mA

Measurement module with eight fully galvanically isolated inputs for a 4–20 mA current loop.

Each sensor uses a 2-wire connection. Every input is galvanically isolated from the control module and from every other input, which eliminates ground loops and ensures reliable measurement even in electrically noisy environments.

The module is supplied calibrated to a measurement accuracy of ±0.05 mA. It can also be calibrated on site.

The cable for connecting to the control module is included; the module is also powered through it.

The module comes in an open-top enclosure with clips for direct mounting on a standard DIN rail.

Measurement module with four fully galvanically isolated inputs for measuring 0–10 V voltage.

16 inputs for switch contacts

Measurement module with 16 inputs for sensing the state of switch contacts, galvanically isolated from the rest of the system.

The inputs accept external switches or dry relay contacts. Contact closure is detected with an internal 3 V voltage. The inputs are not intended for direct connection of an external voltage.

The cable for connecting to the control module is included; the module is also powered through it.

8 relay outputs

Output module with eight relays galvanically isolated from the other modules.

All eight relays are independent of each other. Each relay coil is driven through an opto-isolator, which fully separates the control side from the switched circuit. Each relay switches loads of up to 10 A at 250 V AC.

Relay states can be monitored and switched remotely from the web interface or the mobile app.

The cable for connecting to the control module is included; the module is also powered through it.
